From 1910 through the 1930s, the public had access to the entire facility. Sometime after the 1930s ( I do not have an exact date), the Ohio Historical Society found a lawyer who found loopholes and started shutting out the public. This was not the intentions of the people who sold the property to the Newark City Board of Trade. This was brought about by slick lawyers and those who looked to profit from this endeavor. They have misused the property, shut out the public and the taxpayer is now being treated like an Indian. How does it feel to be treated like an Indian? To be shut out from everything and to have some slick lawyer bastardize every word of the English Language?
