1933 Deed
Public access was restored with the 1918 deed and carried on through this 1933 deed. See below.

1918 Deed
Between the years of 1910 Deed in the previous post and this 1918 Deed, there was a law suit that we have been unable to locate documentation for. We have reason to believe it pertained to public access to the site of the earthworks.
